1.TRAINING

Sales force training

A THEAM commercial can arrange a meeting with your sales force to deal with the following issues :

- THEAM conveyors and Asian market

- THEAM conveyors presentation (models available, security,…)

- Conveyors operations: what a conveyor can do compared to a pump, a mixer pump, a crane or men and women

- Conveyors promotion

- Information about operation and maintenance

Open day

We can organize open days with your final customers on a building site of your choice.

Driver training

The idea is to train your driver promote the conveyor. We can even train your driver for operation, security and maintenance purposes. Most of the maintenance operations can be done by the driver of the conveyor belt himself, but how to operate and clean properly the conveyor will be his major concern.

Drivers learning in their own language how to operate safely the conveyor and how to maintain it.

2. EQUIPEMENT

	THEAM know you consider security and maintenance as a priority. So please find answers for some of your questions below:

	A SAFETY AND OPERATION MANUAL will be given to the driver on delivery. A Power Point will also be shown to the driver in his language, to be sure that he understands all safety and operation issues, before starting to use THEAM Concrete Conveyor Belt.

	WARRANTY DURATION: 1 year

	A TECHNICAL BOOK will be given to the driver on delivery. All spare parts are indicated in this book with a drawing and a reference for a quick and easy order. This document also explains all maintenance operations that have to be done and how to do them.

	SPARE PARTS : Theam Asia Pacific Co.,Ltd. have a full range of spares parts in its office of Bangkok (Thailand). If we do not have the spare parts you need in stock in Asia, we will ask “THEAM France” to send it quickly to you.

	TECHNICAL PROBLEMS : Theam Asia Pacific Co.,Ltd. deal directly with THEAM in France and their engineers to find the solution to your problem. We can either give you a solution by phone, which solves most problems, or send a technician, from our workshop in Thailand, to go on your site.
