For 30 years, THEAM has been the global leader in Mixer-Mounted Concrete Conveyor Belts and has sold more than 7,200 units in 42 countries. Its expertise has created high-quality products and fostered strong reliability. The company is second to none in its field and its market share is 70% in Europe and 100% in America and Asia.
 
Research & Development THEAM has based its development, year after year, on its capacity to innovate. The company, which developed the concrete conveyor belt, has expanded this technology in order to improve the handling feature, the safety and the performance at all type of jobsite.
The THEAM engineers have developed 12 different models of Mixer-Mounted Concrete Conveyor Belts. The biggest one, a best-seller in Europe, is a 16.5m long, double telescopic conveyor that can deliver concrete up to a height of 9m.
 
   
The THEAM Design and Applications Department, works on constant technical improvements to existing products and carefully monitors the concrete sector worldwide. Our engineers are able to adapt a conveyor to fit the needs or the regulation of different countries  
 
For the Japanese market, where the mixer trucks are small (2 axles), THEAM has developed a special 8 m conveyor in aluminum to meet the specific  requirements of its market.
 

Total Production Control
With more than 6,500 m2 of factory, workshop and office covering 23,000 m2, our industrial installations at Bouguenais, near Nantes have an annual manufacturing capacity of over 400 units. THEAM benefits from more than 70 highly skilled employees. They are focused on conveyor quality and have a complete control of the whole production line. Therefore, THEAM guaranty the quality of manufacture of each Concrete Conveyor Belt sold in the world.
